Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a VPS Server definitely isn’t the simplest assignment on earth. You will either need to use a separate server or your desktop PC, alternatively depend on a 3rd–party software. We offer a much easier way with our Managed Services deal. We will make a complete backup copy of your Virtual Private Server on a weekly basis, so you never have to be worried about permanently losing any essential data. Last but not least we can restore a backup really quickly. All the backups are saved on a special machine with a RAID array of hard disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored data, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a VPS Server, you will have total freedom to install any kind of script or service on your it. But, a part of the scripts are harder to run and may require some extra configuration on your part. This is where our Managed Services offer can help you out. It includes thirty minutes of installation & problem–solving operations – which means you’ll be able to literally hire one of our experienced server admins for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any software that you want. Alternatively have him resolve a trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and it is an extra feature for our KVM VPS Servers.
